He mentions bass solo - interesting to note that the front of Russian Lullaby on shnid-131018 (late show) cuts in, seemingly at the end of the bass solo. Could be that recordist didn't want to record the bass solo. On the other hand, early show is more likely for the reviewer, who was not a Deadhead, and they did play "Simple Twist" in that one, with its presumably interminable noodly feathery bass solo.
