- recollection from hard2Handle on dead.net entry for this show "Remember a pick-up band of GD/NRPS that invited Bobby to sit in. He did Mama Tried". The release reveals that Bobby Ace joined the Riders for Mama Tried, Cathy's Clown, Old Old House, MAMU, Seasons and Slewfoot.
- There had been speculation that it was afternoon, but the evidence is not really consistent with that. Instead, it was probably 8/28/69 in the evening. Terry Nails: "As far as the issue of bands jamming during the day at the Playland location goes, it did happen, but not that often and it was never announced to the public. Most of the ones I remember took place after we were done with the Common meetings. I also remember that some bands would occasionally rehearse there as well."
