🔥 Heat-Application Instructions
For the best results, use a household iron or commercial heat press:
1. Prep the Fabric: Ensure the garment is clean, dry, and wrinkle-free.
2. Preheat Iron: Set your iron to the "Cotton" or high-heat setting (ensure steam is turned OFF).
3. Position Patch: Place the patch exactly where you want it, design facing up.
4. Protect the Design: Cover the patch with a thin pressing cloth (like a clean pillowcase or cotton towel) to protect the embroidery.
5. Apply Heat: Press the iron firmly straight down onto the patch for 20–30 seconds. Do not move the iron back and forth, as this can shift the patch.
6. Flip and Repeat: Turn the garment inside out and press the back of the patch area for an additional 15–20 seconds to fully secure the adhesive.

I never received my item. Instead of trying to work with me, their reply was and I quote "tracking has it at your house. This is your problem. Between you and the post office. You can make a claim." The line THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM is what got me. Not even let's try to work this out? Think twice before buying from here. If you don't get your item, you'll be out the money and it'll be your problem. 0 customer service
